Background

BMCS was founded in 1987 by Bernard and Marilyn Morgan as a Computer Consultancy but expanded to handle Recruitment in 1990.  We now have over 300 clients including software houses, manufacturing and financial companies.  Over this period we have built up a database containing more than 11,000 candidates.

We have become preferred suppliers to the majority of our clients, who repeatedly request our services.   The combination of Bernard's computer knowledge and Marilyn's personnel background has helped us to provide a professional and efficient recruitment service to all of our customers.
